Organizational Communication

Must interview a minimum of 2 individuals who are employed and tie in the results of these interviews with organization communication as it relates the interpersonal concepts. Describe possible solutions for areas of weakness you discover as a result of the interviews. You must convince the reader of what specifically you have learned about this core competency. A good rule of thumb is to discuss strengths, weaknesses and suggest areas for improvement.

Paper must be at least 5 pages, use MLA format and site all sources even if they are interviewees. Overall objectives of interview: -What are the issues or problems facing the organization? -What course concepts can be applied to understand why this problem is occurring? -What recommendations, based on these course concepts, can you offer to help improve organizational functioning and address the problem you identified?
