I’ve seen when organizations have a difficult time ‘connecting’ with their IT personnel because each have a different level of expectation as far as what type of technology to integrate into their systems. Having a clear and shared understanding of what is needed, versus what can be afforded, and what is available takes time and communication to understand.If you were the CIO of an organization, how would you take the lead in understanding the business needs?
